Merge Gateway (https://merge.dev) is an LLM gateway exposing an OpenAI/Anthropic-compatible API across many providers, using the published `merge-gateway-ai-sdk-provider` npm package. Adds Merge Gateway as a provider. Models reuse existing canonical entries through
extends. Validated locally withbun validate.
