Code Review
This pull request updates the postcss-loader dependency from version 8.2.0 to 8.2.1. This is a patch update which, according to the release notes, includes a fix related to updating its own dependency cosmiconfig. The changes in package.json and pnpm-lock.yaml are correct and consistent with this update. I see no issues with this change, and it appears safe to merge.
