fix: handle pasting into table cells better, by collapsing their content to inline #2410

Summary

This achieves better pasting into table cells by collapsing their content into inline content only (separate by hard breaks). This ensures that a paste can't "escape" the confinement of a cell

Have to make sure that copy & paste of existing table cells does not break, since they may accidentally become flattened.
