fix: correct error message in surfaceAreaCylinder method

Changes

• Line 99: Changed POSITIVE_RADIUS to POSITIVE_HEIGHT in the height validation error message

When height parameter is invalid, the method was throwing "Must be a positive radius" instead of "Must be a positive height", which was misleading.
