The cases actually warrant FAIL:

  • backup test fails because cinder-backup missing
  • backup test fails because older leftovers cannot be removed (usually a problem with backups or with volumes, but both are supposed to work)
  • swift/s3 test fails because no object-store service is present

Reporting those as ABORT doesn't do the severity of the failures justice.

Case "swift/s3" is also related to #1003.

@depressiveRobot please review this again. It should be fine now. Having branches lying around and accruing bit-rot it not very helpful.
