Fix “Which workflows are affected” list: workflow names/events don’t match current triggers
premerge/premerge-minin the doc don’t correspond to any workflowname:in.github/workflows/; the push/pull_request work is intests(incl.min-dep) andbuild_docs.premerge-gpu(pythonapp-gpu.yml) has its entireon:block commented out, so it isn’t actually a push/pull_request workflow (can’t be “affected by[skip ci]”).setupapp.yml(name: deploy), which only runs viaworkflow_dispatch(push/pull_request commented out).weekly-preview,cron-ngc-bundle, andcron-condaare scheduled;cron.yml(nightly-crons) has its schedule commented out (workflow_dispatch only).(Other entries—
CodeQL,Docker,release,Blossom-CI,ChatOps, andIntegration—match theiron:triggers.)🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

@garciadias in this section you can just state that all other use different event types and don't react to
[skip ci], you don't need to list them and we're likely to change things around anyhow in the near future. There was a problem hiding this comment.
