- Remove the "Plugins: Plugin ID lookup is case-insensitive" bullet (not a user-facing change) - Replace the protobufjs CVE-specific security bullet with the generic "Updated dependencies to patch security vulnerabilities." phrasing used throughout the changelog - Encode both conventions in the update-changelog skill so they're applied next time Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
