For context, that error doesn't seem to appear in the Team City log (or at least I didn't see it), but when you rerun the script TC uses to do the build, you get the error locally. This prevents the dist/public directory from existing, which then breaks the creation of the dist/public/version.txt file, which is the error reported by TC.
