@Satvik-Singh192 , You did everything correctly but the ouput is not opening , seems like your logic is either not 100% correct or having some TLE or infinite loop type condition may be . Optimize the code inside the function |

Description
Added a new glow filter effect that enhances bright regions in an image to produce a soft glowing visual.
This feature extends the image filtering options and improves the overall aesthetics of processed images.
The implementation integrates seamlessly with the existing filter framework.
