allow delay delivery option of email

that feature was missing, tested and working perfectly. Either you provde an int of seconds to postpone delivery of emails, or absolute datetime properly formated in string as expected by microsoft

sorry for the question but is it immediately added to the version availabel through pypi or is there a version update required or something else ?
i've tried to pip install just now and the change is not available
