Changes include: - Remove batch and vaccinator selection - Add nhs number in tables - add day of week alongside date - remove cancel option - Add cancellation reason - Add same vaccs, diff patient option when coming from appt - Only show yesterday, today and tomorrow and no actions on yest./tom. - change complete table to match columns from scheduled (except actions) -Time format fix

This branch is being used to create a the RAVS portion of an end to end demo requested by Caroline Finucane.
It will be updated to use the agreed upon data/use case for the Rosie gets RSV story.
Details to be used:
Narrative:
Pharmacist sets up session in MYA
Rosie is already in the App and navigates to Check & Book Vaccinations (enabled by EliD)
Rosie books an RSV appointment (already authenticated)...
...and selects co-admin (RSV + COVID). Call out that we'll later be enabling coadmin for joint bookings.
She spots GP in NBS search results (but books in CP)
She goes back to the App and sees that her appointment is booked
Pharmacist sees booking in MYA
3. Pharmacist records in RAVS (call out or actually demo future state where pharmacist sees MYA apmt data in RAVS?) -- ask is to demo wherever we are at with the appointments work, with caveat that it is still in design
Rosie checks App afterwards and sees message saying "You have had this"
[Rosie spots that she should also get pneumococcal - (and we mention that she books this with GP)] OPTIONAL
