Description
Update bruno collection to include requests that work out the box when pointing a local instance to orangebox test provider.
Context
Provided a valid GUID for the trace it, and an ODS code which works with orangebox. This isn't a problem for other types of requests because we were previously using "test-ods-code" which isn't in any mock anyway.
Also added a new environment specifically for running locally without the mock provider. This is so that we can set the example nhs number in the request. This can now be set separately for each environment, which will also be important for new deployed envs.
