Previous RTC function was causing issues with the Gen6 inband interface and contained a few bugs, rewrote the rtc function in main.c so it flows better, less if statement checking. By default we should be getting the RTC after every operation Changed reset function arguements because RESET does not accept any counter value as part of its command in MRPC.
