Add the database and SDK contract needed to expose the container image persisted by the AI plugin on a model service instance group.

Changes

• Add nullable containerImage VARCHAR(2048) in the 5.5.30 upgrade schema.
• Add containerImage to ModelServiceInstanceGroupInventory in the Java SDK.
