This seems to be a typo.
In all(?) other files the key is 'Artifacts names'.
Nevertheless, I'm unsure as the documentation uses the singular form (https://purls.helmholtz-metadaten.de/manage_purls.html#htaccess-mandatory-metadata-purl-health-checks) but in my case at least the plural form worked.

Now I'm completely confused. I used the singular form here as well, which is inconsistent but at least seems to be acceptable.
