- Rename docs/texfiles/Timbl_6.4_Manual.tex to Timbl_7.0_Manual.tex and update it for the 7.0 release - Replace dead ilk.uvt.nl URLs and email addresses with their GitHub (LanguageMachines) equivalents - Refresh the installation instructions - Add a 6.4 -> 7.0 changelog and document the new --prune and --limit options - Expand section 5.7 (Applications) with verified 2016-2026 work and cross-domain applications, including the memory-based LLM paper - Protect language names with braces in ilk.bib so they keep their capitalization - Replace docs/Timbl_6.4_Manual.pdf with the rebuilt docs/Timbl_7.0_Manual.pdf This covers the documentation half of #2; the man page and README are handled separately.
