docs: expand Microsoft Teams webhook generation steps#3237

The "Generate your Webhook URL" section had only 4 thin steps that didn't match the actual Teams flow, per customer feedback (TE-20751). Expands to 6 steps covering the webhook template selection, the Team/Channel details screen, and copying the generated URL, plus a closing note on retrieving the URL again later.
