Added links to the repository and MCFM website.

@vvolkl Could you please check the formatting of this single commit PR which adds the links as requested in #1862 ?

I have only added for 1 proposal as of now which didn't have any links to its project.

Also, please clarify if a specific section such as "Links: or "Resources" (or a newer one) which would make the proposal look clean and also ensure the consistency ;
