# Payments ADR 001 - Re-scoping of Payments BB

Re-scoping of Payments BB

### Decision Statement:
Payments BB to be split into smaller components to better fit composability and compliance testing under GovStack 2.0+ architecture. The Payments Working Group to discuss and decide which is the new Core and non-core functionalities for these BBs and which ones may be considered extensions
