Add MCP Registry server.json

Adds a server.json so Falconer can be published to the official MCP Registry (modelcontextprotocol/registry). The public README server list in modelcontextprotocol/servers was retired in favor of this registry, so this is the supported discovery path.

• Namespace: io.github.FalconerAI/agent-integrations (GitHub-auth publishable by an org member)
• Remote: streamable-http → https://falconer.com/api/mcp

Remaining manual step (requires interactive auth — can't be automated)

After merge, publish from a checkout of this repo:

# install the publisher CLI (see https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/registry)
mcp-publisher login github      # OAuth device flow as a FalconerAI member
mcp-publisher publish           # validates and publishes server.json

Alternative namespace if you'd rather brand it on the domain: com.falconer/falconer via mcp-publisher login dns (needs a TXT record on falconer.com).
