fix: prevent "Something went wrong" screen flash on failed spend query

Explanation of Change

Fix the flashing "Something went wrong" screen when a Spend search query fails.

This issue happens when applying an invalid search query like type:chat category:abcd from the Spend/Expenses search flow. Instead of keeping the error screen visible, the app briefly flashes the error screen.

This PR fixes that behavior so the error state is shown consistently and does not flash for a failing query.

Tests

1. Create a workspace.
2. Go to Spend > Expenses.
3. In the search field, type type:chat category:abcd.
4. Apply the search.
5. Verify the "Something went wrong" page appears.
6. Verify the "Something went wrong" page does not flash.

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

Offline tests

1. Repeat the test above while online and confirm the "Something went wrong" page appears and stays visible without flashing.
2. Turn off the network connection.
3. Verify there is no unexpected loading loop or flashing caused by the failed-query state while offline.
4. Turn the network connection back on.
5. Repeat the failing query and verify the "Something went wrong" page still appears without flashing.

QA Steps
