Attempt to fix #362
While trying to do this I noticed the presence of urls with american spelling in pretalx which of course cannot be changed and also we have this repo https://github.com/europython/programapi which used that spelling cause of the url so i kept that as is, apart from that instance I have tried to update everything else. Also I did not use a LLM cause it was faster with just grep and regex lol
The testcases have all passed but might still need to check how compatibility works when role names as changed
