Overview
Updates the lockfile only: tar **7.4.3 → 7.5.20, with minizlib bumped to 3.1.0 as a direct dependency of tar. The nested tar/node_modules/mkdirp entry is removed in favor of the slimmer 7.5.x dependency tree (no separate mkdirp under tar).

This is a transitive dependency refresh; there are no application source changes. The newer tar line includes archive-handling hardening (e.g. link path sanitization, decompression limits, Pax/header parsing fixes) that matter when untrusted tarballs are extracted during installs or tooling.
