Fixed typo in a code sample.
Update index.txt
Added custom color option to debug_primitves function. if the color is provided, it checks to see if invert_colors is false then assigns the passed custom_color to the function's color value.

as the commit message says, this adds an optional parameter to the debug_primitives function to allow a user submitted color for the debug primitives.
if invert_colors is true, the custom_color is ignored.
I don't know if that's something everyone would like, but I think it helps to keep the original functionality.
