These shortcode tags were translated to pestaña, but Hugo resolves tab//tab here; using an unknown shortcode causes render failures for this page. The same replacement appears across the other updated set_up_pipelines/*/http_client.md files, so this breaks multiple Spanish Observability Pipelines setup pages until the shortcode name is reverted.

Update self-reference to the localized heading anchor
This reference points to #use-input-parameters, but the section heading on this page is translated (## Utilizar parámetros de entrada), so the generated anchor will not be the English slug. The bottom “anteriores” link therefore targets a missing in-page anchor.
