What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Adds a new "OpenTelemetry Instrumentation" section to the Prompt Tracking page with code examples (Python, JavaScript, Go) for setting the _dd.prompt_tracking span attribute, along with a table of supported fields. Also adds a cross-reference link from the OTel instrumentation page to the new section.
