updated context menu in alarm tree

This PR updates the Disable context menu option in the alarm apps. User may choose to either disable indefinitely (i.e. until alarms are explicitly enabled), or with an enable date. This applies to both leaf nodes and structural components.

Disabling with enable date is allowed only if no leaf nodes in the user's selection are disabled with an enable date, or if all leaf nodes are disabled with the exact same enable date. If these conditions are not met, the context menu option is disabled.

In the alarm config dialog for leaf nodes the UI elements for selecting an enable date have been removed.
