This PR makes it so only pyrun and bash are exposed as tools.
Because we had to add some information about how to use it in the system prompt I've updated that as well.
However, I thought it a bit fragile that users can overwrite sysp entirely, so I rewrote it such that the users
sysp.txtis appended to the information ipyai itself provides.
