Split FAQs into a dedicated page and review content

The 14 FAQ entries are currently buried at the bottom of the Documentation page. They were migrated as-is from the old Awestruct site and many are outdated.

Part 1: Split into a separate page

• Move FAQs to a dedicated /faq page
• Add a prominent link from the Documentation page
• Consider adding a link in the navigation

Part 2: Review and update each entry

Each FAQ needs individual review:

• 1 — Using CDI in custom threads
• 2 — Proxy classes left behind
• 3 — Beans not deployed
• 4 — Servlet encoding
• 5 — CDI-377
• 6 — WELD-1129
• 7 — Instance leak
• 8 — Enable debug logging
• 9 — Tomcat async
• 10 — CDI/Weld version mapping (outdated — only goes up to Weld 3, missing 4-7)
• 11 — Weld SE debug logging
• 12 — Jetty distribution
• 13 — Patching WildFly with Weld
• 14 — Application context vs singleton

Known issues

• FAQ 8 references WildFly Swarm which was renamed to Thorntail in 2018 and then discontinued entirely. The linked documentation (docs.wildfly-swarm.io) is dead.
• FAQ 10 (CDI/Weld version table) is missing Weld 4.x (CDI 3.0), 5.x (CDI 4.0), 6.x (CDI 4.1), and 7.x (CDI 5.0).
• Several entries may reference APIs or behaviors that have changed in newer CDI/Weld versions.
