Handle ignored build scripts

Description

Running vp i (vp install) with pnpm installs dependencies as expected, but warns at the end about ignored build scripts, that then have to be resolved via pnpm directly. Staying inside VP would be very nice, not needing to fallback in second step.

Suggested solution

Wrap pnpm approve-builds command.

Yes - that's correct.
Or write manual in "pnpm" in package.json, or in "ignoredBuiltDependencies" & "onlyBuiltDependencies" in pnpm-workspace.yaml.
