"Block QUIC" option (UI) is not saved in config file

The option to "Block QUIC (UDP/443)" is not saved in the config.json file. Every time the UI client is started, it is enabled by default.

I'm using:

• OS: Windows 11
• MHRV Version: 1.9.29

Thanks, this sounds like a real UI/config persistence bug.

Block QUIC (UDP/443) should survive save/restart. If the saved config.json omits it, or the UI always re-enables it on startup regardless of the previous value, that is not the behavior we want.

Keeping this open for a Windows/UI config mapping fix. If you can, please attach a redacted config.json from before and after toggling the option once, so we can confirm whether the UI fails to write the field or whether startup is overwriting it after load.
