version 1.9.30 codefull.gs too many requests

new version of codefull.gs released with 1.9.30 is significantly slower
and it has a weird problem it makes too many requests the counter rapidly increases

instagram use to be ok ish withe older version of the code but with the new one it cant load videos

i have 15 deployments with the new code
its slower than 6 deployments with the old code

you don't need this many deployments it barely helps with 2 even when it does .. just use one.

and please, with the same internet, same time, try the old version, if that works, that's an issue, if not, then your internet is not as stable as before.

Thanks, this report matches the regression fixed by #1309.

The root problem was in the client-side Full mode pipeline, not CodeFull.gs itself: idle sessions could keep sending empty polls too aggressively after the v1.9.28+ pipelining changes. That explains the rapidly increasing request counter and why many deployments could perform worse than fewer deployments.

v1.9.31 has been tagged and is building now. Once the release assets are published, please retest with the same setup and compare:

the 1.9.28 needs a tunnel update, it makes the whole experience a lot better, downside is it uses more request, 1.9.30 made it less aggressive for idle connections. also more merciful to multi deployments. sweet spot.

full tunnel mode supports Instagram even the app works

15 deployments
app spliting turned on only instagram and chrome are routed
after 5 minutes idle there was 1200 requests
instagram video load 5 seconds at a time sometimes it doesn't load at all
5 minutes of video play isnt possible it hangs after a while
the closest was 3 minutes it took about 2000 requests

15 deployments
only instagram and chrome routed
after 5 minutes idle there was 1000 requests
instagram video loads a bit faster but still a few seconds at a time
5 minutes video play takes about 1700 requests
