What happened?

unable to switch on biometric auth.

based on the logs, I asked the user to:
Bitkit’s fingerprint authentication has a problem on your device — the secure encryption key it needs to verify your fingerprint has become invalid. This is a common Android issue that can happen after a fingerprint is added or removed, after a security update, or after a reboot with certain screen-lock settings. Your wallet and funds are safe — Bitkit automatically fell back to your PIN each time. To fix fingerprint login: open Bitkit Settings → Security, turn biometric unlock off then back on (you’ll need your PIN for this). If that doesn’t work, re-enroll your fingerprint in Android Settings → Biometrics, then try again in Bitkit.

user's reply:
I tried to reset the finger print on my smartphone but it didn’t work, bitkit with finger print doesn’t work
