[LocalVisage] - No button after installation

I did a brand-new install, built the Docker image from the Compose file in the plugin folder, tried starting the server and rebuilding the model, but the button still doesn't show up. Am I missing a step?

I found other cases of confused users about this plugin, and I think that I know why: There used to be a plugin "Visage" which is now deprecated. This plugin runs locally and trains an image recognition model for the images you have in the gallery, while the other uses a web service to identify known performers, so maybe it was the other one that added the button, and this plugin requires the old one; if so, this isn't usable as it is.

This one does run locally. I still see the button on images. It still works on my machine.
