Accented characters problem

Hook.io seems to have trouble to handle accented and special characters.
For example, a JSON webhook contains a string "bœuf". In hook.io logs, the strings becomes 'BÅ“uf'.

I'm not really sure how we could resolve this?

I believe most of the cases were you are seeing BÅ“uf' instead of bœuf is due to the HTML document itself not having the correct encoding tags?

For some cases I think we can easily add the tag ( such as the logs page ), but for other places ( like the contents of a service responding in a browser ) I'm not sure exactly the best way to fix this.

I'm open to suggestion if anyone has any suggestions.

Looks like your using latin1 encoding.
