Bump scijava-common dependency to 2.80.1

This is required because scijava-common-2.80.1.jar was uploaded to the Java-8 update site and introduces a breaking change in DynamicCommand.
To fix this, we remove the moduleService parameter as it is now defined in DynamicCommand.
