Project refuses to load/build due to a "Resource exists on disk" error

Good morning! I have run into an issue with the latest version(s) of this extension where none of the projects I work with seem to function due to a "resource exists on disk" error.

To replicate the issue:

1. Install the extensions outlined in the Enabled Extensions Information section below.
2. Copy the appropriate template VSCode settings from ./templates/vscode/ from inside the repository above into your ./.vscode/settings.json file inside the repository above.
3. Replace the Java paths inside the copied templates to a version of Java 21.
4. Ensure your JAVA_HOME environment variable is set to a version of Java 17.
5. Run ./gradlew setupDecompWorkspace inside the repository above.
6. Run ./gradlew build inside the repository above.
7. Run ./gradlew eclipse inside the repository above.
8. Observe the issue.

Additional Notes

• This issue manifests on a Windows host as well so I don't think Linux is the issue here.

Can't set up your project:

@fbricon Do you have Git LFS installed and set up? My apologies, I should have mentioned it ahead of time but my repository/repositories use Git LFS. I assumed that people would have it installed/configured as it's somewhat the standard these days.

Once installed you can run these commands inside the repository to set it up and get all the files:

git lfs install
git lfs fetch
git lfs checkout

I think I've figured out what's gone wrong.

If you look at commit 9642770 you can see I made changes to my VSCode settings template files. Notably in this case I changed the java.project.resourceFilters settings. This setting is the source of my error. Removing the patterns I added to this setting in that commit resolves the errors and gets my projects working again.
