There is no option to generate constructors from superclass

Steps to reproduce:
Create a class thats extends RuntimeException then try to find a option
At this menu, should have a option to generate the superclasses

vscode version 1.104
vscode-java version 1.45.0

edit: I tested with java extension from oracle, and it works.

Looks like a bug, since it works in some other cases
