🐛 [RTY-260045]: UI Issues: Footer not sticky, excessive top spacing, and poor mobile responsiveness

What happened?

Problems Identified

1. Footer was not sticking to the bottom on larger screens and while zooming.
2. Excessive white space at the top of the page affecting layout balance.
3. Input box and buttons were not optimized for mobile view.
4. Font sizes were too large on smaller screens, causing poor UX.
5. "Recently Shortened" section had unnecessary spacing between header and content.
6. Recent items and history link were not well aligned for mobile devices.
