🐞[Bug]: Mobile header has unnecessary top whitespace (<768px)

Describe the bug

On mobile/low-width screens (<768px), the homepage header shows extra blank space before hero content. This creates an unbalanced layout and pushes the heading lower than expected.

Steps to Reproduce: Open homepage on device/emulator width below 768px; observe top space between navbar and header content.

Expected behavior

Header starts near the top of content area with no unnecessary vertical gap.

Actual behavior: Noticeable blank gap appears before header content.
