typst custom formats are failing

5/6 of the Custom Typst Formats are failing since we upgraded to Typst 0.13 in v1.7

I want to try fixing these to learn more about Typst templates.

• Automated testing - do we have any smoke tests for quarto use? I think we talked about testing these weekly in CI.

Try upgrading each format from upstream. Since Typst is new, many of the repos have moved. Find where we forked the Typst template and see what changes we have made, compare those changes with the changes made upstream: 3-way merge.

Fall back to fixing the errors in the custom format if not possible to upgrade.

Automated testing

What we have for LaTeX template in quarto-journals is a test that they can be installed and they can be rendered without error. We don't check specific content though.

I was thinking we also could have the same for typst template. But It seems also ok to no run at each commit, and do that weekly.

Not sure it is that time consuming to add all typst template in the same manners. Because I think they would fail on typst update or similar, and we would like to fix that right away in the PR that would fail.
