Emscripten build doesn't include `_decimal`, `_uuid`, `_ssl` or `_hashlib`

That's strange as the decimal module has pure-Python version. I was thinking about dropping one, but maybe that's the case it could be helpful.

It has the pure Python version, just not the C version.

For _hashlib, I think the issue also occurs in WASI. I'm currently doing some thing with hashlib but I get this: "checking whether compiling and linking against OpenSSL works... no".

We're building hashlib and ssl in Pyodide, so it should be possible to use the same approach here for Emscripten.
