Rewrite the test suite. #101
Description
The current test suite is a monolithic file that tests only a small portion of the specified functionality, primarily through regression tests.
The current test suite MUST be replaced with multiple Prefix source files, one for each test. The full suite CAN be run through a centralized PowerShell script.
The new test suite MUST test every behavior specified in the specification, to the extent that any bugs in the implementation MUST be found during a test run. The new test suite MUST be updated to continue testing all specified functionality whenever the specification is updated.
