Show `Project` pane on the left side

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently ctrl+e displays the projects.
But I always want to see which project is selected now.
Also Inputting project name in switching every time is troublesome.

Describe the solution you'd like
Show Project pane on the left side, like following:

• Switching between projects by up and down arrow keys(the keys are also customizable by config).
• Fuzzy find the project by project name
• Toggle Project pane by some shortcut key. (p is already used, so another key, please.)
• Switching between the project/task panels by shorcut keys
• The order is customizable by config pane.projects.order = "alphabetical"|"recent"
• Remove the existing project switcher implemented in ctrl+e ? (If OK, use ctrl+e for above.)
