@kolya455 To help narrow this down, could you share a bit more detail?

• When you say “can’t download,” what exactly happens in Contribution Manager?
  (does it open, freeze, crash, or show an error?)

• Are you on a school/work network, proxy, VPN, or strict firewall?

• Can you open this URL in your browser: [https://download.processing.org/contribs](vscode-file://vscode- app/c:/Users/avina/AppData/Local/Programs/Microsoft%20VS%20Code/resources/app/out/vs/code/electron-browser/workbench/workbench.html)

• If it fails there too, it’s likely a network/access issue.

• Are you running Processing from a restricted location (for example Program Files)?
  On Windows, that can block library write/install operations.

If possible, please paste the PDE console output (View → Console) right after a failed download attempt. That should make the root cause clear quicklly
