[bug] missing main.js for @patternfly/create-element@1.0.5

main.js is missing for the published @patternfly/create-element@1.0.5

I haven't dug further into this beyond noting that npm run new downstream in RHDS no longer works when 1.0.5 is installed.

Between the two releases, the .nvmrc was updated from v20.10.0 to v22.16.0 (in commit 2cf37ca), which ships with a different npm version. Comparing the actual published tarballs confirms this: 1.0.4 has 17 files (including main.js, main.d.ts, and the generator/ directory), while 1.0.5 has only 9 files -- missing all the compiled TypeScript outputs.

Fix
The standard fix is to add a .npmignore file in tools/create-element/, which overrides the .gitignore for npm packaging purposes. An empty .npmignore would let the files field in package.json be the sole arbiter of what gets published. Would you like me to add one?
