Update to New Rest security code.

App needs to be updated to work with the new REST security. THIS IS A MUST. Android application will NOT work with the next release .049

OK, I finally got both parts of this working just so I could see how the Android App, Plugin and Device all work together. It turns out that the Android app uses the mobile/WebUI pages, and these pages are already updated to use the new rest security code. So, it appears the app doesn't have to be updates after all. However, I can see where a more Android style traditional app could be more beneficial. Maybe after the new release I will explore creating a different app.
