Sleuth has been deprecated with core logic moving to Micrometer

Atm, the https://spring.io/projects/spring-cloud-sleuth still works on browser, but curl returns 404 (Different status for automation/bot). The other working URLs return 308 (Permanent Redirect)

A quick fix would be to exclude the URL for lychee config.

Long term fix is to replace Sleuth references (includes code examples) in docs/sdk-configuration-design.md
