fix: 404 error when fetching module maintainer avatars and icons via api.nuxtjs.org

🐛 The bug

I noticed multiple 404 (Not Found) errors in the browser console when opening the Modules tab in Nuxt DevTools. It seems like the DevTools is unable to fetch the maintainer avatars and some module icons through the api.nuxtjs.org proxy/endpoint.

🌈 Expected behavior

All maintainer avatars and module icons should be loaded correctly without 404 errors.
