Add MikeMcC399 to the node.js org

As per https://github.com/nodejs/admin/blob/main/GITHUB_ORG_MANAGEMENT_POLICY.md#teams I am looking to get @MikeMcC399 added to the docker-node team, but this cannot be done as they are currently not a member of the node.js org. Can someone please add him?

PR nodejs/docker-node#2455 has now added the base list of docker-node / Collaborators to the README document.

The next step should be creation of a PR by a Docker Maintainer to add me to the docker-node / Collaborators list.

FYI @mcollina since officially the nomination should come from a maintainer.

Noticed that Matteo wasn't actually inside the team (but could do it anyway as an org admin), so I've added him to the team as well

nodejs/docker-node#2470 has been posted, and now a maintainer would need to approve. Perhaps @mcollina could assist?

I've now received and accepted the invitation to join the org. Thanks to the several players who worked together to make this happen!
